Swift wire transfer method has been studied in the literature. Though this method is open-system as well as continuous, its implementation is in many cases to be very hard. Finally, it is also recently realized that there exists a practical, robust, fast, crystal subtraction scheme for the convergence of the coupled wires that also allows for an experimental verification.
