Con network will move towards creating more than 4,000,000 new jobs, for the first time, while a part of the bargaining process will end the hassle of an exit package.
The treaty is a development of successful Japanese-based company business models, such as model CAPs (companies that invest in local businesses), which attract consumers to shop and jobs to go to them.
The government is arguing that such models give companies more flexibility in accessing resources and services.
Japan plans to create a joint worker compensation fund to help employers provide workers with the monthly pay that they need.
It also intends to create an income tax so that the government can help workers pay their taxes, say an official statement from the Ministry of Economy.
